National University (NU) authority has declared a budget of one hundred twenty Crore thirty six Lakh eighty eight Thousand taka for 2012-13 monetary year yesterday. This huge quantity of budget is allotted for education & analysis, follow of science, major publication, tutorial transaction program with foreign universities, establishing tutorial chair for special persons and to determine half dozen regional centers in six divisions of Bangladesh.
The budget was presented by treasurer of NU principal Kazi Faruk Ahmed within the 127th syndicate meeting that held at the town workplace of NU, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. once discussing, the syndicate members approved the budget.
NU VC Prof. Dr. Kazi Shahidullah presided over the meeting. Pro-VC of NU Professor Dr. Tofael Ahmed Chowdhury, Education Secretary Dr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury and alternative syndicate members were conjointly gift within the meeting.

No fees are increased during this budget observing the monetary standing of the guardians.
