Open Universities Australia (OUA) (formerly the Open Learning Agency of Australia (OLA) is an open and distance learning in Australia. Most students are from Australia, but the prices are for the rest of the world. Undergraduate courses, non-qualifying first year of entry, and there are no fees for most courses, so the “open” look.

Open Universities Australia is one of seven Australian universities. It is by a Council composed of representatives of the owners of the universities and regulated to 5 independent directors. The current chairman is Sam is white, and CEO since 2003, Stuart Hamilton.
