USA Admission and Visa Process

1st step at The Princeton Education
Submit all academic certificates / mark sheets / professionals certificates (if any) etc.
Copies of first 6 pages of passport.
3 copy pp size photos.
File opening charge TK. 10,000/-
 2nd step at The Princeton Education
Get all the academic papers attested by the Institution Attended / Educational Board / Foreign Ministry / Notarization, (depending on the US university requirements).

Post graduate students should provide a CV mentioning two years work experience. (If necessary).

Fill up the University Application Form along with other forms (If necessary).

Provide a bank certificate (depends on the University requirement).

Pay / Include (approx) $100 or equivalent BDT for Application / Express mail / ESL deposit. (This fee may vary depending on which university you are applying for).

 3rd step at The Princeton Education

All the above documents will be sent to the Institution at our cost.

The prospective Institution will / may take 2 to 3 weeks to confirm the admission.

Upon confirmation and based on the university decision, students need to deposit Minimum $1000. In case of refusal, the amount is refundable in full.

We will receive Student’s I-20. (It means admission is done)

 4th step at The Princeton Education

Students need to submit their sponsor paper. Anybody can be the sponsor.

Minimum 1 year equivalent Tuition + Living cost have to be shown in sponsor’s bank account for at least 3 to 4 months.

Sponsor amount may vary depending on sponsor’s number of dependents.

Basic papers needed from the sponsor, e.g.: Bank certificate / Statement; TIN Certificate; Salary certificate; job certificate; Trade License; Property / Revenue Information and Affidavit of financial support etc (we will guide the students regarding this part as it depends on the sponsor’s nature of income).

 Final step at The Princeton Education

Pay $200 as SEVIS fee.

Once all the papers mentioned above are done student will go to VFS (Simon Center) and submit visa application.

Visa application fees $131 = TK 9,170/

-VFS will accept the application and give the interview date in next 2-3 days.

Upon issuance of the visa, a service charge of TK 50,000/- will be applicable to the students. No Visa No Charge.

 Note:

IELTS requirements are UG 5.5-6.0, TOEFL 70 to 90 depending on the university.

• In case of NO or Low IELTS / TOEFL, still the students can apply through the ESL (English as a second language).

• I-20 will be issued both for ESL and Academic course.

• Before attending the interview at the embassy, students can take the IELTS / TOEFL exam and with the required score, ESL can be waived at the time of enrollment at the university.

• For PG students – GMAT / GRE may not be required depending on the university / department.
